1. Introduction

By accessing, browsing, or using our website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms establish a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “You”) and Automated Marketers (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). Please review these terms carefully before engaging with our services. If you disagree with any part of them, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Scope of Services

Automated Marketers provides professional automation and marketing services tailored to small businesses, agencies, and entrepreneurs. Our core offerings include:

  • Workflow automation and integration between platforms.

  • CRM setup, lead tracking, and pipeline automation.

  • Funnel creation, optimization, and performance tracking.

  • Appointment and scheduling automation systems.

  • Data synchronization and process optimization.

Each service is customized according to your project goals, technical environment, and available tools. The exact deliverables will always be stated in your project proposal or signed agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth execution and timely delivery, clients are expected to:

  • Provide complete and accurate business details at the start of the project.

  • Grant necessary access to tools (CRM, domains, ad accounts, etc.).

  • Communicate clearly and approve deliverables within the expected timeline.

  • Provide feedback or additional materials when requested.

failure to cooperate, provide information, or respond promptly may cause unavoidable delays and could result in project suspension until communication resumes.

4. Project Timelines and Workflow

All project timelines are estimates and depend heavily on client responsiveness, access, and approvals. Delays in communication or required inputs may shift delivery dates.

Automated Marketers will provide regular updates via email or project management tools. However, if the client remains unresponsive for more than 7 business days, the project may automatically pause. Reactivation fees may apply if delays extend beyond 30 days.

4. Why We Collect Information

We collect information to deliver services effectively, optimize workflows,

and improve your experience.

  • Payment Confirmation: Work begins only after funds are received and verified.

  • Late Payments: Any overdue balance may result in a service pause.

  • Subscription Renewals: For recurring plans, payment renewals are charged automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • Price Adjustments: Automated Marketers reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior written notice for ongoing service contracts.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and labor-intensive nature of our work, refunds are limited. No refunds are issued once project work has started or digital assets have been delivered. Refunds are not applicable under these circumstances:

  • Work has already started or completed partially.

  • The client fails to provide necessary materials or access.

  • Changes to project scope or goals after the agreement.

  • Client dissatisfaction due to personal preference or business outcome.

Partial refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments or clear billing errors.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited uses include:

  • Engaging in spamming, phishing, or unauthorized mass messaging.

  • Promoting illegal, deceptive, or unethical business activities.

  • Violating advertising policies, data protection, or consumer laws.

  • Sharing access credentials with unauthorized individuals.

  • Attempting to copy, resell, or redistribute our proprietary work.

Any misuse may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, frameworks, workflows, and creative materials produced by Automated Marketers remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.

Once the client’s payment is cleared in full, the rights to the deliverables are transferred unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Automated Marketers retains the right to display non-confidential work as part of our portfolio or case studies for marketing purposes.

9. Liability Limit

Automated Marketers will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The client’s misuse or failure to implement the delivered systems.

  • Downtime, bugs, or technical failures caused by third-party platforms.

  • Business outcomes such as loss of revenue, leads, or opportunities.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the total amount paid for the specific service under dispute.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We take confidentiality seriously. All information shared by the client, including credentials, business data, and internal processes, will be handled securely and used only for project purposes.

Automated Marketers complies with standard data protection practices to ensure client data is stored, processed, and shared responsibly. We will not sell or disclose client information to any third party unless legally required.
